Recent Disk Sleeve News:
  • 11/11/98 - Well, yes, it's been almost a year... but hold on folks... it's going to get REAL busy here! I've taken up Perl scripting and now updating is instantaneous! Watch the archive grow instantly as sleeves are uploaded! New features will be appearing over the next few months as I have more time to attack Perl scripting so look out!

Watch for more PRESS information in the next few days and keep the sleeves coming!

  • 12/1/97 - In the PRESS and WHEW - Another 124 Sleeves!

Wow - What a response - Not only did The CyberDen's Disk Sleeve Archive make it into the local press, but since our last update, another 124 sleeves have come in! That took a while to process!

The Marin IJ covered our site in their Web Of The Week - Check it out here!

We're still working on collecting 8" disk sleeves so keep them coming and for those who have sent in sleeves but were not included in this last batch, please don't despair! We're getting to them as fast as we can!

  • 8/31/97 - A Call To Arms!

Ok, I'm going to start asking for submissions of 8" disk sleeves now. I will start looking myself but since the popularity of the idea keeps haunting me, I might as well scare everyone else as well.

See the submissions page for info on how to submit your sleeves!

Also be sure to check flea markets and swap meets for sleeves! I found a goldmind last week for pennies! I even found a sleeve by Memorex which was printed with the front design on the back, and the back instructions/warnings on the front.

  • 8/9/97 - Changes to the Disk Sleeve Archives

Wow! The response to the disk sleeve archives has been overwhelming! As you will see, some changes are a brewing. Because of the huge number of disk sleeves coming in, I have broken the archives into seperate alphabetical areas. You can still view the entire archive at once but for those who wish to injest this a little at a time, the new system should do the trick.

I've also removed the list of what sleeves were added by whom as it was getting just too cluttered and confusing. The Wall will remain forever though so don't despair.
